We are excited to announce that Yale will be hosting the Qiskit Fall Fest in partnership with IBM this October! The Qiskit Fall Fest is a global series of events where university students come together to learn, experiment, and innovate with quantum computing. Each participating university puts its own spin on the festival, offering workshops, lectures, and challenges designed to introduce students to the world of quantum technologies.
At Yale, our Qiskit Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, October 11th, starting at 8:00 AM. This all-day event will include hands-on tutorials on quantum programming with Qiskit, discussions on the applications of quantum computing, and opportunities to collaborate with peers on exciting problem-solving sessions. Whether you’re completely new to quantum or already exploring quantum algorithms, you’ll find content suited to your level.
In addition to the learning opportunities, this event will also provide a fun and engaging community experience. Food, drinks, and exclusive Qiskit swag will be available for attendees throughout the day. By participating, you’ll not only build skills in an emerging field but also connect with IBM experts, Yale peers, and the broader quantum computing community.
